Level # 2
All Our Staff acquire knowledge, develop skills, Positive attitudes, perceptions.
Level # 3
Staff use their expert knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the job
Level # 4
The use of the shared knowledge, drives Business Performance
Level # 5
The monetary value of the improved business performance exceeds the Quality of the project. Therefore, the organization has an excellent Quality Return on Investment. (ROI)
